Four basic elements are involved the completion of your order:
Client Manager - factors in all the basic aspects and details of your order, conducts business with you at your convenience and is ready to help you and answer any questions that you may have anytime you wish.

Translator Manager manages the entire team of translators that work on your order and controls the process so that your order is completed to a high quality standard and on-time.

Subject-determined Translator carries out the direct translation of your order. It is worth mentioning that all of our translators work in their own unique fields. That means that an actual specialist will be working on your translation.

Editor - being a more experienced translator, the editor’s job consists of controlling the quality of the translation’s execution, because even the most professional employee has the ability to err. Besides that, the editor is responsible for the additional control function of completing your order on time. All translators and editors have experience with TM systems, which allows them to significantly decrease translation times and unifies the terminology.

It is clear from this short description that each employee has his/her own unique zone of professional responsibility in this system.
